Never received the case of Complete Formula Cleaner & Defoamer. I've emailed [****] Bissell twice including a photo from Fedex showing only 2 of the 3 packages I ordered being delivered on 8/19/26 with no response from Bissell Commercial at all !!!
Great cleaning formula.
Have to clean 1300 sq ft carpeted surface. Get 3-4 cleanings per 128 oz bottle. Very economical.
Biggest disadvantage is the back order issue. I had to wait 2 months after placing my order. This is unacceptable and I hope it is resolved quickly.
It’s been more than three months haven’t received the order yet!!!
