This Commercial Bissel machine is small but mighty. I am over the Custodial and Maintenance crew for a public school district with just under 5 million square feet of buildings that need cleaned. I use these Bissell carpet cleaners for offices and upholstery cleaning. The small frame but powerful recovery vacuum allows my Custodians to clean the offices without having to empty the furniture out of them. Using the attachable wand allows them to get under the desk and between file cabinets. Then we place a fan and small dehumidifier in the the area and the offices are ready for use the next day. We have three units now I plan to purchase one more when the new budget opens up. I purchased the first one two years ago and it's still going strong. this is Great Little unit.
